AWB Institute to host Workforce Summit March 21
Speakers will discuss workforce development, employee engagement, the latest in HR and more.
OLYMPIA — Thousands of jobs go unfilled each year simply because employers can’t find the skilled, trained and educated workers they need to fill them.
Matt Poischbeg, vice president of SEA-LECT Plastics in Everett, will share how he solved the workforce pipeline puzzle for his company during AWB’s 2018 Workforce Summit March 21 at the Hilton Bellevue.
The one-day summit will help Washington employers learn how they can create and support a pipeline of talented and motivated employees to build strong businesses, families and communities.
The summit will also include discussion about innovative training programs and employee engagement tools plus a Q&A with lawyers Shannon Lawless and Britenae Pierce about the latest in workplace practices.
