Nikki Haley, the former United States ambassador to the United Nations, will deliver the keynote address at AWB’s annual Spring Meeting in Spokane.

Registration is now open for AWB’s popular spring event, held at the Davenport Grand Hotel on May 8-9.

AWB’s Spring Meeting is the annual gathering where Washington employers come together to gain new insights into the economic and policy issues that impact their business. It’s also a chance to network with other dynamic business leaders.

This year’s agenda will include an examination of the busy 2019 legislative session and its impact on Washington’s employer community. International trade is also on the agenda, as well as detailed discussions of new state laws and regulations that will affect our state’s economy.

The event culminates with a keynote address from Haley. As the former United States Permanent Representative to the United Nations, she ensured the American people saw value for their investment – introducing reforms that made the organization more efficient, transparent and accountable. And at the U.N. Security Council, she worked to defend America’s interests and spearheaded negotiations for the strongest set of sanctions ever placed on North Korea.

Haley was also recently nominated to Boeing’s board of directors. She’s scheduled to give the dinner keynote address on May 8. Tickets are available here.

Registration is now open. There are also a limited number of rooms available through AWB’s room block. For questions or more information, please contact AWB at 360.943.1600.
