vivianp Attorney Priya Vivian is an employment advisor and litigator with Lane Powell. She advises and represents employers on the full employment cycle: hiring processes, employment contracts, disability accommodation, handbooks and policies, discipline and separations, and provides on-site training to employees regarding compliance with state and federal employment law. Before joining Lane Powell, Priya was a clerk for Judge David L. Russell in the Western District of Oklahoma. Prior to her clerkship, she was a litigator in Atlanta, Georgia.
