Robert Hild, Chairman and Managing Director, ACT Capital 
Robert Hild, chairman and managing director of ACT Capital Advisors, brings more than 20 years of experience in the private equity sector. Prior to joining ACT, Hild co-founded Invest West Capital (IWC), LLC, a West Coast oriented private equity firm focused on mid-market acquisitions. During his tenure with IWC, he served as the CEO of five portfolio companies and conducted over 20 mergers, acquisitions and sales. His senior management leadership experience includes light manufacturing, food processing, retail store fixture and durable medical products manufacturing, industrial recycling, critical power and legal support services. Previously, Hild was a senior manager of Corporate Finance for Ernst and Young, providing advisory services to both buyers and sellers of mid-market companies. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University’s School of Accountancy and has an MBA from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University.

Kristofer Gray, CFP®, serves as a Family CFO for entrepreneurs, entertainers and professional athletes. Gray helps entrepreneurs and family owned businesses create a road map for both the qualitative and quantitative aspects of wealth and succession planning. He specializes in family wealth and estate planning, private equity and alternative investments, family foundations, trust structures, family LLC planning, GRATs, and private placement life insurance contracts. He also facilitates educational retreats for family offices with other nationally recognized speakers and thought leaders in the areas of wealth, family and health. As a Certified Financial Planner®, a Certified 401(k) Professional®, and a Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist®, Gray helps accredited investors and entrepreneurs navigate the complexities of alternative investments and creates tailored financial plans on behalf of their families. Gray earned his master’s degree and bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and is a doctoral candidate at Pepperdine's Graziado Business School.

Greg Russell, partner at Peterson Russell Kelly law firm, has been a business transactional attorney for more than 25 years. Much of his practice consists of serving as the functional equivalent of an external general counsel for businesses, ranging from “mom and pop” companies to those with more than $500 million in annual revenue. Russell’s practice includes advising businesses and business owners on succession planning, shareholder and partner agreements, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate matters, asset and stock purchases, and commercial finance and related. He also represents clients in the negotiation, drafting, and review of complex business agreements. Russell received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame 1984 (Phi Beta Kappa) and his law degree from University of Washington School of Law, Order of the Coif, in 1987.
