Whether or not your employees are represented by a union, recent changes in federal labor law impact your workplace. Join us to learn more about employers’ rights and obligations under key federal labor law principles. This seminar will provide guidance on collective bargaining, Section 7 rights, handbook policies, responding to union organizing campaigns, and decertification basics. Your questions are welcome as we cover the basics of labor relations.

About the Presenter:
Selena Smith is a shareholder with the law firm Davis Grimm Payne & Marra. She has several years of experience representing private and public-sector employers in labor and employment law matters, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour compliance, FMLA, ADA, employee relations and more. She has extensive experience representing and advising employers in traditional labor law matters, including collective bargaining, unfair labor practice and representation proceedings, labor arbitrations, union organizing campaigns, and strike preparation. Smith uses her knowledge and experience to offer employers strategic advice to fit their unique needs.
