Analyzing My Company's Balance Sheet & Cash Flow
The foundation of any business is its balance sheet; and efficient balance sheet management is critical to any business’ financial success.  This workshop examines the logic of balance sheet construction.  It also demonstrates how to calculate, evaluate and communicate key balance sheet relationships.  Participants will also examine what a common-sized balance sheet communicates. While the life blood of any business is cash!  This workshop examines different definitions of cash flow; and commonly presented cash flow formats.  It will examine the nine (9) critical cash determinants and how to stress test cash.  Will the real cash flow please stand up question will be answered.

Managing Growth in a High Performing Business
Every business strives to grow; unfortunately few understand growth’s impact on their business.  This workshop examines the SAF Law; and growth’s impact on a company’s balance sheet.  It addresses how to calculate a company’s internal sustainable growth rate, and how to implement six (6) different growth management strategies.  Uncontrolled growth can have adverse results.  This workshop examines an alternative approach.

James R. Devine
Jim Devine is a business advisor with Integrity Financial in Bellevue.  He co-founded Hipereon, Inc. in 1999. Prior to starting Hipereon, Inc., he served as a senior consultant with Moss Adams Advisory Services with special focus on financial management, strategic planning and ownership transition training for financial institutions and businesses. He has trained thousands of lenders, business owners and accountants throughout the U.S. and abroad. For more than 30 years, Jim has been active in managing, financing, and buying and selling closely held businesses.

Robert J. Hogan
Bob Hogan is a business advisor with Integrity Financial in Bellevue.  He co-founded Hipereon, Inc. in 1999 where his primary responsibility was the development training services and intellectual property. Prior to forming Hipereon, Inc., he served as a Senior Manager and Consultant for Moss Adams Advisory Services, the 12th largest accounting firm in the country. He also worked for nearly 10 years for Seattle First National Bank, Bank of America and All State Insurance Company in financial training and underwriting capacities.
