AWB campaign features member employers talking about today’s business challenges

Every day, Washington state’s private employers are working hard to develop, grow and thrive in a challenging economy.

But in today’s complex world, it’s easy to forget what it takes to run a successful business – or why a vibrant private sector is the key to a sustainable economy. The jobs created by our private employers are an integral part of the quality of life we enjoy in Washington state.

The Association of Washington Business represents more than 8,100 private employers, and works on their behalf to ensure Washington has the best business climate in the country to attract and retain jobs. Our “We Mean Business” campaign features member employers from all across Washington — from Vancouver to Tukwila, Burien to Spokane — talking about the competitiveness issues they face as job creators in our state. Issues like health insurance options, overregulation, taxes, education and the importance of a skilled workforce.

Join us in our effort to support job creation and a sustainable economy in our state: Donate online to “We Mean Business.” Your contributions will be used to support our advocacy efforts on behalf of Washington state employers.
