Fourth-annual AWB D.C. Fly-in brings Washington employers' voices to Congress

Employers of all sizes had a chance to make their voices heard Dec. 4-6 during AWB’s fourth-annual AWB D.C. Fly-in. The trip began with tours and receptions, including a candlelight walk through the U.S. Capitol and a tour of the White House.

On Tuesday and Wednesday of the fly-in, the group met with Washington's congressional delegation including both U.S. senators. Business leaders got a firsthand look at the ongoing work on federal tax reform and will met with staff of the National Association of Manufacturers and other policy leaders to discuss that issue, along with topics such as infrastructure and immigration.
