Does your company know how to avoid hefty fines and penalties?

Don't miss this important seminar to be sure your company is up to date!

When it comes to something as important as employee wages, you know you can't make assumptions and hope you're right. You've got to have a solid working knowledge of the definitions and applications of this dynamic law. Anything less than that could spell trouble for your organization.

It is increasingly challenging for employers to keep informed of the various labor and employment laws in place today. At the same time, it is critical for employers to stay informed because of the significant impact these laws have on the bottom line.

The wage and hour laws are extensive and complex, and claims against employers in virtually every industry are on the rise. It is important for you to understand the application of the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Washington Minimum Wage Act to your particular business in order to avoid or limit exposure and to successfully defend against alleged violations.
