OLYMPIA — State emergency management officials are urging Washingtonians to get themselves ready for cold temperatures, snow and possible power outages this weekend.
"The National Weather Service predicts much of the state can expect a wintry onslaught of high winds, coastal area flooding, cold temperatures and snow starting Friday. This allows all of us a few days to prepare for winter weather conditions," said Gov. Chris Gregoire.
