OLYMPIA — AWB joins all Washingtonians in mourning the death of Jennifer Dunn. Dunn, who served six terms in Congress representing the state’s 8th District, died Wednesday.
AWB President Don Brunell issued this statement:
"Jennifer Dunn exemplified the meaning of 'class.' She brought dignity, civility and a strong sense of commitment to the people she represented. She was well respected by her peers, family and friends. Politics and Congress need more people like Jennifer Dunn.
"Jennifer had strong views on issues but always understood and respected others for their views. She could pleasantly disagree without compromising what she really believed in. She was a wonderful person who made a difference."
