LAKEWOOD - Former state Senator and gubernatorial candidate Dino Rossi will appear on Washington Business Weekly, a local radio program sponsored by the Association of Washington Business, to discuss his new book titled, Lessons in Leadership: Business, Politics and Life. Dino Rossi will appear on the program November 17 at 11:00 am on 1180 AM, KLAY Radio.
Dino Rossi will take an in-depth look into how the current legislative body fails to work together, over bipartisan lines, and what they need to accomplish to ensure a successful legislative session. “While serving in the Senate, former Sen. Rossi had the daunting task of working with a democratic governor and house,” AWB President Don Brunell said. “People in the legislative majority should read his book to learn how to develop bipartisan relationships.”
Rossi’s extensive experience with working in bipartisan relationships while serving in the Senate led him to write the book. “His insights will be timely and invaluable for listeners as we work to improve the state’s business climate in the upcoming legislative session,” Washington Business Weekly host Terry Corbell said.
