Businesses, chambers and associations across Washington can now make meetings and events interactive with AWB's new instant and confidential AudienceFeedback™ service. AWB has recently launched a wireless audience response service to members and partners. Companies can benefit from one of the most advanced wireless audience voting systems available. It allows members and their colleagues to participate more fully in meetings and feel as though their input counts.
“We have gotten a lot of interest from companies and other non-profit organizations for AudienceFeedback™,” said AWB’s Vice President for Communica-tions Alexis Nepomuceno. “We used this technology at our Policy Summit and it is fun, efficient and accurate. You can have an accurate vote count instantly.”
AWB staff will help groups use the response technology to its fullest, providing customers with innovative techniques for using electronic polling. AWB will also help groups in managing the technology throughout the meeting or event. This is ideal for clients who are interested in high-end meeting processes (group decision support, gathering focus group data, delegate voting meetings, and complex resource allocation) where the company is using the technology to help achieve highly critical business objectives.
Here are some of the highlights of AWB’s AudienceFeedback™: • AudienceFeedback™ enhances the focus of any meeting. Immediate feedback via a wireless audience response system where all attendees can give their opinions freely and anonymously.
• It augments meeting minutes by providing accurate vote counts. • The data is instantly tabulated and provides a choice on how the data is shown. Questions are posed in a variety of formats, they can be spontaneous or a little of both. And, the data is available immediately, so the sponsoring company can save the results for future use.
• Spice up meetings and events with fun contests which engage your colleagues or members. • Much more cost-effective than other wireless voting solutions, with special pricing for AWB member and partners. (Save as much as 50 percent over other service providers!) For more information on AWB’s AudienceFeedback™ service, call Alexis Nepomuceno at (800) 521-9325 or e-mail him at alexisn@awb.org.
