Stormwater Permit Appeal Ruling Bad for Business – AWB May Appeal!
The Pollution Control Hearings Board has ruled in favor of environmental appellants on two issues that are critically important to AWB members covered under the Industrial Stormwater General Permit. If left unchallenged, the ruling would prohibit compliance schedules and mixing zones as currently allowed and substantially increase costs for businesses. AWB is reviewing the ruling for a possible appeal. Contact AWB’s Grant Nelson at (360) 943-1600 or GrantN@awb.org.

Urge Gov. Locke to sign these important reforms into law. Contact AWB’s Kristen Sawin at (360) 943-1600 or KristenS@awb.org.
