IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Director of Membership

PURPOSE & AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

The Membership Sales/Telesales position recruits new members for AWB. Retaining new members, as well as special fund raising and projects. This position is responsible for communicating member feedback to supervisor.

POSITION SCOPE:

New member recruitment is achieved through individualized professional telesales presentations. The ability to work with other team members to achieve challenging team sales goals and meet individual sales goals. This position is a match for someone who:

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

• Proven track record of achievement.
• Proven success in a professional team environment.
• Previous success in a self-motivated, fast paced environment.
• Ability to communicate with the use of imagery a must.
• Must be able to laugh at yourself and with others.
