Return, Refund, and Shipping Policies
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return products sold at the AWB on-line store within 30 days for a full refund. Shipping and tax added to product will not be refunded. This is does not apply to AWB sponsored event which have a separate refund policy (see below.)
All items are shipped UPS (unless requested otherwise by cardholder) within 48 hours of your purchase. We do not ship to P.O. Box numbers. In the event that an item is out of stock or backordered, we will not bill your credit card until the item is shipped to you. We do not ship over the weekend. Purchases may be delivered to your address or to one or many recipients.
Event Cancellation by AWB
AWB reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If AWB cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.
Registration Cancellation by Participant
• Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 4 business days before the event.
• Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
• Cancellations will be accepted via phone or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
These above policies apply to all AWB Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.
